I changed my theme, and my bar or banner campaigns stopped displaying

Note for Theme 2.0:

If you’re upgrading your current theme to a new Online Store 2.0 theme, like Dawn, you need to do an extra step before following the steps below. To learn more about this, please refer to this article first: Activating Attrac on OS 2.0 Themes

Changing your theme can sometimes cause your previous campaigns to disappear. That's because changing your theme replaces all of the code from the previous theme with the new one, which can also remove the code of your campaigns.

To activate your campaigns on your new theme, simply follow the steps below:

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Apps > Attrac

2. Find the campaign you would like to show, and click Pause 

3. Wait for your campaign to be paused

4. Once the campaign is paused, click Activate on the same campaign

If the campaign does not appear in the new theme after following the above steps, please contact the Attrac support team for assistance in resolving the issue.
