What happens when my countdown timer ends?

When your countdown timer elapses, four possible behaviors occur once the countdown ends:

1. Hide the bar or banner

This behavior applies only to bar and embedded banner campaigns. This is the default behavior for all countdown timer types. When the timer elapses, the bar/banner will be hidden permanently.

Note: If you select "Start a new countdown for each visitor" under the duration countdown type, the bar/banner will only be hidden for the current visitor for 3 days.

2. Auto-repeat countdown timer

This option is only available for the duration countdown timer type. If you choose this option, the countdown timer will start over when it elapses. It will continue to repeat indefinitely.

3. Hide the announcement 

This behavior only applies to multi-announcement bar or multi-announcement embedded banner campaigns. When the timer runs out, the message with the countdown timer will be permanently hidden, but the campaign will continue to appear, showing the other messages.

4. Hide the countdown timer 

This behavior only applies to popup campaigns. When the timer runs out, the countdown timer will be permanently hidden, but the popup campaign will continue to appear.
