How can I temporarily hide my campaigns?

If you want to hide a campaign while preserving its settings for future use, you can pause it. To do this, go to the Attrac dashboard, locate your active campaign, and click the pause button as shown below. This action will prevent the campaign from appearing in your store but won't remove it from Attrac.

Alternatively, you can temporarily hide all your Attrac campaigns by disabling the Attrac App Embed in your current theme. To deactivate Attrac in your current theme, follow the steps below. To display your campaigns again, simply repeat the same steps to reactivate the Attrac App Embed in your current theme.

How to deactivate Attrac's app embed:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Sales channels > Online Store > Themes.

2. Find your current theme, and then click Customize.

3. Click the App Embeds tab.

4. Select Attrac app embed.

5. Beside Attrac’s app embed, click the toggle to deactivate it.

6. Click Save to save your changes.
